The first option brings you to the Château de la Guignardière
This Renaissance castle dating back to 1555 is located about 18 minutes from our campsite. History buffs will love this.
You can visit the castle on your own. Or, the staff propose a different kind of visit, in the form of an investigation: “the castle investigation”. Young and old alike love to solve the riddles of this interactive investigation available on a tablet or a smartphone.
Discover the history of this castle and have fun doing it.
The owners have restored the castle that has since been classified as a private historical building.

The second option is to visit the zoo in Les Sables d’Olonne
From the campsite Le Petit Paris, it takes 5 minutes by car and about 15 minutes by bike to encounter the zoo’s animals .
Sixty different species await you.
The animals’ welfare is the primary concern of the caretakers. For this reason, the enclosure of each species has been specially designed for its well-being, reproducing as best as possible their natural habitat.
While strolling through the alleys of the zoo, discover the pink flamingos of the Caribbean, the giraffes, the lions and the penguins.
A visit to the zoo in Les Sables is an ideal outing for families.
