For accommodations and Premium pitches, at what time can we arrive? And what time should we leave on the day of departure?
In high season (summer school vacations), you may collect the keys from 3pm, in low season, from 2pm.
The accommodation must be vacated before 10am on the day of your departure.

Accommodations and Premium pitch with kitchenette and sanitary facilities: can we arrive any day of the week?
It depends on the period of the stay.
Outside the summer school vacation period, you can choose your arrival day (subject to availability and except for certain restrictions on holiday weekends) for 2 nights or more.
In July and August arrivals and departures are on Wednesdays and Saturdays, for a minimum stay of 7 days. (Some models only on Saturdays).

Pitches: We have reserved a pitch. At what time can we arrive? And what time should we leave on the day of departure?
Pitches are available from 12:00 noon and must be vacated by 12:00 noon on the day of your departure. You can arrive whenever you want, any day of the week.

Can I arrive after the reception is closed?
Yes, just call us the day of your arrival, during the opening hours of the reception and we will explain everything to you!
During the summer school vacation period the reception is open daily from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 7.45pm.
In low season: Monday to Saturday from 9am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 6pm, Sunday from 10am to 12pm.

I will only arrive the next day / I will leave the day before…
No refunds will be made in these cases. For late arrivals and early departures, it is nevertheless important to inform us.

Are pets allowed in the accommodations?
Yes. Tattooed or chipped dogs, vaccinated and weighing a maximum of 10 kg are accepted, within the limit of one animal per rental. The animal must be kept on a leash during the stay, kept out of the bedrooms and not left alone in the rental. 1st and 2nd category dogs are not accepted.

How do you get in and out of the campsite by car?
The gates are equipped with a license plate reader that you provide on the day of your arrival.
No vehicles are allowed to circulate on the campsite from 11pm to 7:30am.

Security deposit: when should it be given?
Upon your arrival. Two deposits will be required upon arrival for accommodations and Premium pitches:

Can I install a tent or other structure next to my accommodation?
No. For safety reasons, it is not allowed to set up a tent or other equipment on the parcel.

I would like to do some grilling?
Yes, it is possible, however, only gas barbecues are allowed. You can rent one, inquire at the reception. Charcoal barbecues are prohibited by prefectural decree on the pitches and parcels, electric barbecues are also not allowed. Good to know: the campsite has a common area for barbecuing with charcoal.

Can I park more than one car on my pitch or next to my accommodation?
No, the additional vehicle(s) must be parked in the campsite’s parking lot and please notify the staff when you book. The additional vehicle(s) is subject to a fee.

I would like to have my family and/or friends over: is this possible?
Yes, under certain conditions, please contact the reception for more information.
If you are granted the right to have visitors it is imperative that upon arrival: your guest presents theirself at the reception, parks their vehicle in the campsite’s parking lot and pay a fee when applicable.

Is the pool open to our guests?
Yes, under certain conditions. There is a fee for access (adults and children), payable at the reception.

I have one more person who will join us for the holiday…
For reasons of comfort, the rentals have a capacity ranging from 2 to 6 people (including newborns), depending on the model of the accommodation. If you plan to have an extra person come along, make sure to rent a mobile home that is able to accommodate the extra person and to declare the new occupant to the reception in order to pay the supplement and the tourist tax.

How do we organize our departure: inventory, recovery of the deposit, etc.?
If you wish to have an inventory done in your presence, (in this case, departures on Saturdays are possible between 8:30 and 10am in high season and between 9am and 10am for the departures on Wednesday in high season and during reception opening hours in the low season). Make an appointment at the reception the day before your departure date. After the accommodation has been checked, the deposit will be returned if the rental is returned clean and in good condition. Without an appointment in your presence, the verification will be done by our team and the deposit will then be destroyed/deleted if everything is returned in good condition.

And if I choose the cleaning option at the end of my stay…?
If you wish to take the option “cleaning package at the end of your stay”, you can request it (at the latest on the day of your arrival) it is subject to availability. Please note: dishes and cupboards must be clean (and dishes put away) when you leave. Your garbage must be disposed of in the containers provided (at the campsite’s entrance) and the exterior of the rental must be impeccable.

I have a preference for a particular accommodation …
Do you want a particular pitch or to be beside your family or friends? The earlier you book, the more likely it will be possible.

Rates, regulations, tourist tax… what is included in the price of your stay?
Our prices include VAT and :
– a bracelet (mandatory in the campsite)
– parking for 1 vehicle on the site
– supply of gas, water, electricity (10 amps)
– the use of the accommodation and its equipment
– access to common sanitary facilities and infrastructures
– access to the aquatic area
– access to entertainment, most activities and the children’s club
– access to an iron and ironing board upon request

The tourist tax is 0.66€ per night, per person over 18 years old.

When do I have to pay my deposit and the outstanding balance?
A booking becomes firm and definitive upon receipt of your deposit.
The deposit for accommodations and Premium pitches represents 30% of the cost of the stay + the booking fees of where applicable. The deposit for a pitch is 90€ + the booking fees of where applicable.
You can pay the deposit by bank transfer, French bank check, credit card or ANCV vacation vouchers.
The outstanding balance of your booking for an accommodation or a Premium pitch must be paid 30 days before the arrival date, failing this, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
The balance may be paid by credit card, French bank check, ANCV vacation vouchers or bank transfer. If you make a booking 30 days or less before your arrival date, or if your stay is under 4 nights the full cost must be paid.

The outstanding balance for a pitch is to be paid upon your arrival. Please note that checks and bank transfers are not accepted for final payments for pitches.

Do you propose cancellation insurance?
When you make your reservation, you can opt for cancellation insurance. We work with the CAMPEZ COUVERT company . The conditions are indicated on the downloadable document “Cancellation Insurance”, on our website. Please read them carefully to be aware of the details, as not all reasons for cancellation will be accepted. In case of cancellation you will then deal directly with CAMPEZ COUVERT. The cancellation insurance must be taken out at the time of booking, it is not possible to add it once the deposit has been paid.

I wish to cancel my stay…
If you have taken out CAMPEZ COUVERT cancellation insurance when you made your reservation, you are to contact them to declare the cancellation or interruption of your stay. You are also required to inform Le Petit Paris at that time.
If you cancel the stay before your arrival, we will not refund the amounts paid. You are to inform us by phone, then the cancellation will become final upon receipt of an email or letter from you.
If you do not show up on the day of your scheduled arrival date and without any news from you, the rental will be held for 24 hours. The day after your arrival at 3pm, the rental (or 12pm for a pitch) will be put up for sale again. No refunds will be made in this case.
